Services

What usually goes wrong at a distance

Visibility and standards

  • The shop floor is opaque from another continent
  • Quality standards are understood differently; results swing
  • Delivery slips without a usable early warning

Communication and commercial friction

  • Information distorts each time it is retold
  • Technical and purchasing talk past each other
  • Disputes grow out of misunderstandings that nobody owned in time

How we work the supplier

  1. 01

    Supplier mapping and assessment

Find, qualify and keep a living picture of who can actually run the part — not a brochure list.

  2. 02

Quality on the process, not only on the CMM

Standards, in-process control, and improvement that survives the next batch.

  3. 03

    Production and delivery follow-up

Track, warn, resolve. OTD is a weekly habit, not a quarterly surprise.

  4. 04

    Technical and commercial coordination

Connect the people, clarify the requirement, close the gap before it becomes a claim.

Four working modules

The work is built around one objective: reducing supplier risk across quality, delivery, technical and commercial dimensions.

01

Supplier development

Identify · Assess · Ongoing management

Screening, on-site assessment, and continuous management of the supplier set you actually buy from.

02

Quality management

Standard · Control · Improve

Agree the standard, watch the process, and drive the improvement when the numbers move the wrong way.

03

Production and delivery

Track · Warn · Resolve

Follow the order through the shop. Flag delay early. Get a recovery plan that a buyer can use.

04

Cross-culture coordination

Connect · Clarify · Resolve

Technical and commercial conversations that do not lose the point between languages and time zones.

Gloved hands inspecting a die-cast aluminium component with digital calipers, technical drawings visible on a tablet behind.

Compliance, visibility, numbers you can act on — not a status email that arrived too late.

01China Supply Chain

A trading partner goes bankrupt — tracing four hidden factories to rebuild a China supply chain

A Chinese NaiSiTong engineer in a European customer's meeting room, working through tooling and project distribution across the China die-casting supply chain at a whiteboard with the purchasing team, part drawings spread on the table.

Problem

A European customer's trading partner filed for bankruptcy overnight, cutting off 30+ die-cast projects. The customer didn't even know who was actually making their parts — production continuity at risk.

What we did

Trace through the trading company to four real factories; coordinate one tooling transfer and push urgent scheduling at the other three; build direct supplier relationships.

Result

Critical supply restored, part of the tooling transferred, and a direct, transparent, controllable China supply chain rebuilt step by step.
